The setting was stunning, close to the subway, the Times Square and JFK airport. We had goodies and coffee at Hard Rock Cafe, it was located near the venue. A double room was new-fashioned and perfect had hypo-allergenic pillows.

It was pleasant time in New York City. Magical hotel, prime location, huge and newly renovated rooms. When we arrived we met helpful staff and loved them. Our room had a nice bed and a splendid view. Had a superb breakfast there...

A perfect 10/10 stay during our thanksgiving. Considerable staff ; outstanding service ; 0.5 miles from the airport. The breakfast was cheap and there were lots of options. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided in public areas.

An outstanding hotel in New York City. Room was welcoming and had a minimalist design. The staff were happy to help and gladly accommodated all my requests. Absolutely perfect location in the busy area.
There were not very comfortable beds. Desk staff there was rude.

we liked everything at shocard, new york including staff and the food. give our respects to your receptionist! we were moved to a standard queen room and had climate control, an individual safe and a coffee machine. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like ellen's stardust diner that was only 10 minutes' walk away. hotel's shuttle bus was a nice bonus too.
